Randolph ‘Country Days’ Planned for Sept. 18 and 19

The 29th annual Southern Randolph Country Days will be held on Saturday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 19 from noon to 6 p.m.

Activities include a traditional parade Saturday and a horse parade Sunday, both at 2 p.m. Also planned are N.C. pottery and crafts demonstrations, bluegrass, gospel and country music, food booths, a street dance and clogging, rock climbing and a farm animal area.

The country days area is located on N.C. 705 in downtown Seagrove, 11 miles south of Asheboro. If traveling on Interstate 73-74, take exit 45 and turn left.
