Commissioner Bob Ewing hit the nail on the head when he bombasted Richard Morgan, Michael Holden and Colin McKenzie for the shameful and underhanded manner used to tie the hands of the present Board of Commissioners.

I hope all fair-minded Republicans will remember this disgraceful act next election day.
