Bogey: By the examiners at the Aberdeen Drivers License Bureau for ceasing their services 20 minutes before the posted closing time and then refusing service.

These folks have forgotten that they are public servants, and, whether or not they are having a bad day, the taxpayers at least deserve courteous and dependable assistance.
