(1) Call out the National Guard or at least put it on alert.
(2) Close our borders as fast as possible.
(3) Require identification cards, with photo, of everybody.
(4) Require immediate registration of all nationals of countries under suspicion.
(5) Grant the president wartime powers.
(6) Put all airports on a wartime footing.
(7) Place all military bases off limits except to military personnel.
(8) This week, at least, cancel all college and pro football games and inspect all stadiums.
(9) All federal buildings should be inspected and only trusted employees allowed therein.
(10) Demand that all terrorist countries turn over suspects that are likely to have been involved. Prepare to answer this act of war with a declaration of war on our part.
(11) The American public is not willing to wait “no matter how long it takes” to get justice.
