Congratulations to Dr. Robert Martin. He must have used the Laurel and Hardy Marketing team to convince a major grocer and drug company that their stores on Midland Road will make money.

It was probably too much to think that Laurel and Hardy and Co. could look south and see six major grocers as well as three drug companies in addition to the drug departments in Wal–Mart and Kmart, all within four miles of the circle.

If Bi–Lo is any indicator, then business on Midland Road should be great. Just check out the empty spaces in their parking lot.

Once again, Dr. Martin, you are to be congratulated on a masterful selling job.
