Perhaps Bob Katrin should spend some time at the animal shelter. I think he would enjoy the job of executioner.

I do agree that irresponsible pet owners are the problem. However, as compassionate human beings, we should do as much as we can to avoid the senseless killing of innocent and unwanted pets. I personally have two pound puppies. They are the best friends a person could ever have.
