In response to Mr. Jim Murray, Realtor, and his absurd comment that sellers want larger signs — poppycock! The sign problem was instigated by the builders on very tenuous tenets and pursued with some very unproven facts.

The Pinehurst Village Council caved in and has changed what has been a very low-key, and in my opinion reasonable, sign ordinance that has been successfully used for years without problems.

Signs do not sell real estate. Intelligent sales people sell real estate.

Larger signs do not protect or guarantee better buildings. Better builders promote better construction.
