The following judgments have been rendered in Moore County Superior Criminal Court in Carthage.

Carlos Latour Allbrooks, assault to inflict serious injury; 75 days in prison, suspended 18 months, submit to warrantless testing and searches, not use or possess controlled substances, not assault, threaten or harass prosecution witness, observe curfew, complete IMPACT program (if found medically unfit for IMPACT), return to court), pay $1,600 attorney fees, $1,416 restitution jointly or severally with co-defendants, and court costs.

Victor Cornelius Allbrooks, felony probation violation; sentence activated, 10-12 months in prison, pay $175 attorney fees.

Elbert Donell Banks Jr., felony probation violation; house arrest pending disposition on Nov. 27.

Kevin Terell Bennett, felony probation violation; sentence activated, 13-16 months in prison, $150 fine and court costs.

Leslie Renee Connor, felony probation violation; sentence activated, 8-10 months in prison.

Shawn Dwayne Davis, felony probation violation; 120 days in prison.

Hosea Lamar Dowdy, felony probation violation; 14 days in jail, enroll in parenting classes, pay $150 attorney fees.

Daniel Brian Hall, felony probation violation; sentence activated, 8-10 months in prison.

Terri Lynn Hayes, felony probation violation out of county; continued under former order, probation extended 24 months, pay $300 attorney fee.

Jerry Henderson, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, habitual felon; 90-117 months in prison, pay $2,800 attorney fee.

Jimmy Jacobs, felony probation violation; sentence activated, modified to 8-10 months in prison, pay $125 attorney fee.

Gregory James Lopez, second-degree kidnapping; 20-33 months in prison, pay $2,689.17 restitution. Felony restraint; 20-24 months in prison, to be served at expiration of prior sentence, suspended 3 years, 6 months intensive probation on release from prior sentence, pay court costs.

Rodney Daniel McLeod, felony probation violation; continued under former order, modified to 8 days in jail.

Angela Barton McNeill, misdemeanor probation violation; sentence activated, 45 days in prison, pay $550 attorney fees.

Matthew Spencer Perry, driving while impaired (level 4); 120 days in prison, suspended 18 months, surrender license, perform 48 hours of community service within 60 days, undergo substance abuse assessment and treatment, $250 fine and court costs, limited driving permit allowed.

Chad Dadric Purdie, felony probation violation; sentence activated, 8-10 months in prison.

Richard Dean Ritter, manufacture of marijuana; prayer for judgment continued, pay court costs.

Kenneth Orlando Ross, felony probation violation; sentence activated, modified to 12-15 months in prison, pay $50 attorney fee.

Napolean Scarboro, felony probation violation; remain in prison until complete Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation and Treatment program.

Hubert Lamont Shaw, second-degree kidnapping; 20-33 months in prison. Cmmon law robbery; 13-16 months in prison, to run concurrently with other sentence, pay $708.88 restitution and $725 attorney fee.

Anthony Maurice Shields, felony probation violation; 48 hours in jail, pay $150 attorney fee.

Tracey Williams, bill of information forgery (four counts), forgery (two counts), uttering; 6-8 months in prison, suspended 3 years, 6 months intensive probation, submit to warrantless searches, not use or possess controlled substances unless prescribed, not associate or commicate with individuals named by probation officer, provide adequate support for children, pay $650 attorney fees and $10,577.46 restitution. Financial card theft, financial card fraud (three counts); 6-8 months in prison, suspended 3 years, 6 months intensive probation. Felony larceny; 6-8 months in prison, pay $1,415 restitution. Felony probation violation; sentence activated, 6-8 months in prison.

Kathryn Y. Williams, felony probation violation; 6-8 months in prison, execution stayed until Nov. 15, if paid $3,500 then probation terminated.

Collins S. Wilson, felony breaking and entering, habitual felon; 108-139 months in prison, pay $3,000 attorney fee, $5,000 fine and court costs.
