The following judgments have been rendered in Moore County District Court in Carthage.

July 19, 2000

Saint John Sturdivant, improper equipment; $100 fine and court costs.

Tony Lavelle Tarver, improper equipment; $25 fine and court costs.

Luevarnia Turnadge, resisting a public officer, assaulting a government official or employee; 22 days in jail, credit given for time served.

Tomoria Turner, financial card fraud; 45 days in jail, suspended one year, obtain and maintain gainful employment, pay $201.50 restitution and court costs.
