Moore County Building Permits
The Code Enforcement Division of the Moore County Planning Department handles building permits for unincorporated areas of the county and eight municipalities and their extraterritorial jurisdictions. Southern Pines, Pinehurst and Aberdeen operate their own inspection programs.
