Village Council To Meet in Closed Session
The Pinehurst Village Council will hold a closed-door meeting with its village attorney Michael Newman at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, in the Village Hall conference room.
The purpose of the meeting is to protect attorney-client confidentiality to discuss potential litigation.
The public is not permitted to sit in on these types of closed-door meetings, which are allowed under the North Carolina Open Meetings Law to discuss pending or potential litigation, confidential personnel matters and land acquisition. |
