Quarter Run Farm Wraps Up Series

Quarter Run Farm in Carthage wrapped up its summer-fall jumping derby series on Oct. 16 with great weather and new jumps on all courses. The event is a combination of cross country and stadium jumps, with each scored respectively. Show manager Caroline Dowd said another series would be planned for 2005.

RESULTS

MAIDEN: 1. Quarter Run’s First Light, Sarah Brown. 2. Dunken, Andrew Diemer, 3. Magic Moon, Peggy McCutchen, 4. Ezra, Cristina Moore.

BEGINNING NOVICE: 1. Stark Naked, Sandra Huberth, 2. Bossa Nova, Andrew Diemer, 3. Susan Huff, Liza Jane, 4. Christine Padgett, Fast Activation.

NOVICE: 1. Stix By Me, Ashley Kidd, 2. Liza Jane, Susan Huff, 3. Bossa Nova, Andrew Diemer.
