Dr. Lorna C. Clack, an educational professional with experience as a classroom teacher, principal, and central office administrator, possesses abilities, skills and insights critical to making decisions in the best interests of our young people at all levels.
Because of her experience in developing programs for students in the school system, she is knowledgeable in all areas related to planning, budgeting, and implementation.
Additionally, her experience has provided opportunities to serve as a national consultant for many school systems, universities, and accrediting agencies.
A Moore County native, Dr. Clack’s continuous commitment to education as a professional, parent, and grandparent provides personal interests that will also serve her well as she works with other board members and Moore County schools throughout the community.
Her personal goals, exemplified by her motivation to earn undergraduate, graduate degrees and a Ph.D. from UNC-CH, reaffirms her commitment in preparation for her service on the Moore County Board of Education.
