Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cypress Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Richard Rodda officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Erwin was born April 23, 1913 in Chelsea, Okla. and was a son of the late Charles and Julia Collins Erwin. He graduated from Friends University and was a junior high school mathematics teacher for the Kansas and Indiana school systems. He was a member of Cypress Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife of 59 years, Marjanna C. Erwin; a daughter, Linda Mason of Wichita, Kan.; a son, David C. Erwin of Scottsdale, Ariz. and four grandchildren.
