In view of the type of campaign conducted against Richard Morgan, I would suggest to him that he file to run as a write-in candidate for the office. He could make such arrangements with the Board of Elections of Moore County before June 30, 2006.

Mr. Morgan might be surprised at the amount of write-in support he would receive.
