The Pinehurst Village Council will officially receive the proposed 2004-2005 budget Tuesday from Village Manager Andy Wilkison at the regular 9 a.m. work session in the Village Hall conference room.

The budget is expected to be discussed in a series of sessions later in May before the council plans to vote on it and sets a tax rate for the new fiscal year.
