Sandhills Diamond Holding Basketball Tourney

The Sandhills Diamond, a local AAU 10-and-under baseball team, is holding a basketball tournament at Vass-Lakeview Elementary School on March 7-9.

The deadline to register for the Diamond Winter Tournament II for men’s basketball teams is Wednesday, March 5. There is a $150 entry fee.

The Diamond is planning to have tryouts on March 15 from noon to 3 p.m. at Sandy Ramey Keith Park in Vass. Anyone interested in playing can not turn 11 before Aug. 1.
