The checks, which belonged to Rita McLaug-hlin of Carthage and Kimberly Kerns of Aberdeen, were passed at local businesses between Sept. 27 and Nov. 3, according to police records
Warwick was released on an unsecured $10,000 bond. Her court date is March 20.
Drug Charges: Pinebluff police arrested Victor Allen Williams of 126 Oak St., Pinebluff, on March 12 and charged him with possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell and driving with revoked license.
Break-In: Pinehurst police are investigating a break-in at the Pinehurst Marina on March 11.
Someone broke into two buildings and stole various items, including a 12-foot boat. Police found the boat sunk off a private dock near Lake Forest Road.
