Falling victim to the Patriots were Seventy-First and Scotland County. Scotland only had four players available for the match, so was forced to forfeit two singles and all three doubles.
Pinecrest is now 3-0 overall and 2-0 in the conference.
The Patriots played fellow conference member Westover on Thursday, but it is a match scheduled for Pinecrest for Wednesday that should bring out the fans of tennis. Coming to town will be Terry Sanford High School of Fayetteville, one of the strongest, if not the strongest, teams in the state.
