Bingham Named First Bank Branch Manager
First Bank has named Senior Vice President Hugh Bingham as the Southern Pines branch manager.
Bingham has also been appointed to First Bank’s local South Moore Advisory Board. Bingham joined First Bank in November 2004. Bingham grew up in Lexington, N.C., graduated from Lexington Senior High School, attended Duke University and earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Guilford College. Bingham is active in the Southern Pines community. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of the Sandhills, a member of the Airline Task Force that successfully recruited Delta Airlines to begin service to the Moore County Airport and has been recently appointed to the Moore County Airport Commission. He is also past president of the Lexington Rotary Club, and he has also served as vice chairman of the Lexington Planning and Zoning Commission. Bingham and his wife, Jill, live in Whispering Pines. They have have four children: Jaye, Jim, William and Andy. |
