Many feel that there should be no shopping center built on Midland Road. Those with money say it should.

I have a possible solution. Those who oppose should circulate a petition. Those who sign it say, “I will never, never shop in any store or facility built or occupied in the shopping center which may be established on Midland Road.”

This signed petition might very well discourage anyone from investing their money in a store which will never be patronized.

A copy of the completed petition would be sent to the landowner, builder, rental agency, and the facts published in this newspaper.
