Reagan: Admired Leader

This is a sad week for America. We have lost one of our most cherished and admired leaders in the passing of former President Ronald Reagan.

President Reagan was the old sage who knew of America’s past greatness, and dwelled on the possibilities of its future. Reagan was the grandfather figure who always knew the direction to take, the antidote to give, and the timing to do so. The timing was always perfect as Reagan spoke great words to the nation of hope and a better tomorrow.

He was a crusader of freedom for all, and his relentless determination to see this country succeed will never be forgotten.

As time evolves, only history will tell the legacy and impact of Ronald Reagan and his life and times. One thing is certain: President Reagan will always be a part of the presidency, and a part of every American. Reagan is the heart, soul, and example of the American dream.

President Reagan once said: “We have every right to dream heroic dreams. Those who say that we’re in a time when there are no heroes, they just don’t know where to look.” For the citizens of the United States, we found our hero — Ronald Wilson Reagan, 40th president of the United States of America.
