The 18-hole four-person captain's choice event begins at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start.
The $75 entry fee includes greens and cart fees, lunch at noon and on-course beverages. It also includes a golf package for every golfer with two complimentary green fees at Longleaf and two at the Pit Golf Links, and a raffle.
The tournament will have three divisions, men, women and mixed.
There will be prizes for the winners and runners-up in all three divisions, closest to the pin and most accurate drive.
Par, Birdie and Eagle sponsorships are available in addition to tee and green sponsorships.

Baseball Camp Set
The Aberdeen Parks and Recreation Department is offering a baseball camp for children ages 6-12.
The camp will be held at Colonial Heights Park from July 30 through Aug. 4 from 9 a.m. until noon. Players will receive individual instruction on all fundamentals of baseball. Stewart Richardson, who played at Wingate College, will direct the camp.
Fees are $50 for residents (must reside within city limits) and $65 for non-residents. Campers will receive a T-shirt. The registration deadline is July 27. Registration forms are available at the Aberdeen Parks and Recreation Department.

Post 296 won the opener 10-2, and then handed the Bulldogs a 10-0 loss in the nightcap. Chris Holt picked up the win in the first game, while Peyton Martin was the winner in the second game. Union Pines' pitching staff combined to give up only seven hits over the course of the two five-inning games.
Leading hitters for Post 296 in the two games were Cole Parris (five for seven, five RBIs), Yorke Sweat (five for five, two doubles, three RBIs), Martin (four for seven, three doubles, two RBIs), Tyler Ward (two for three, three RBIs), and John Lawhon (two for four, two RBIs).
