Last week, Collins stopped Vincent 2-up in the North Carolina Girls' Junior Amateur held at Highland Country Club in Fayetteville.
Thursday, Collins got the better of Vincent once again, claiming the 50th Carolinas Junior Girls' Championship with a 3 and 1 win at Alamance Country Club.
Collins, a resident of Pinehurst, defeated Vincent, playing on her home course, when she eagled the par-5 17th hole to close out Vincent.
The 16-year-old Collins attends Santa Catalina School in Monterey, Calif., but calls Pinehurst home.
She moved here with her parents about three years ago, and takes lessons from Eric Alpenfels, the director of the Pinehurst Golf Advantage School.
Collins will take a week off before traveling to Florida where she will compete in the Western Junior Championship.
In the championship sponsored by the Women's Carolinas Golf Association, Collins defeated Faith Hardison of Jamesville 2 and 1 in the semifinals, while Vincent stopped Abby Bools of Hickory in 19 holes.
Vincent faced defending champion, Corrine Carr of Pinehurst, in the quarterfinals and went 24 holes before Carr three-putted to end a long day for both players.
Both Collins and Vincent will be teammates on the Carolinas junior girls' team matches in August.
