Alex Del Bueno, Ellen Edie, Nancy Lindon, and Father Stephen Worsley were honored for their years of dedicated service and many contributions to the St. Joseph of the Pines Board of Trustees at the final meeting of 2005.
Alex del Bueno served on board from 2000 until 2005, after retiring as vice president of Johnson & Johnson in 1990. He has acted in various capacities to the board such as president, vice president, treasurer, and committee member. In addition, del Bueno has also been active in various community organizations.
As a member of board from 2002 until 2005, Ellen Edie previously worked as a senior business analyst with Eastman Kodak in the information systems department. Edie has served in many leadership positions, including supervisor of travel services, systems support, and client coordinator of systems. Her organizational involvement consists of serving as team captain of United Way and vice president of the Kodak Recreational Club.
Nancy Lindon served on the board from 2003 until 2005. She has worked as a teacher of mathematics and as an elementary school principal at Our Lady of Lourdes in New York. Lindon has also served in many community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Women of Sacred Heart, the St. Joseph Guild, and the Early Childhood Committee at Sacred Heart.
A member of the board from 1995 until 2005, Father Stephen Worsley completed his theological studies at the University of Notre Dame and is an ordained priest of the Diocese of Raleigh. He currently teaches Bio-medical Ethics at Chowan College, in addition to his work. Worsley also serves on the Mission and Ministry Committee of Catholic Health East, the Ethics Committee of Roanoke-Chowan Hospital and the Board of the Hertford County free clinic.
Jennifer Bunting is the marketing and sales coordinator for St. Joseph of the Pines.
