Free Cooking Demonstration Scheduled at Fresh Market
A free cooking demonstration will take place at The Fresh Market located at 155 Beverly Lane in Southern Pines on Saturday, Jan. 31 from 1 to 5 p.m. The sights and smells of fresh mahi-mahi fillets, pecans, brown sugar and butter, will be accompanied by a sampling of perfectly matched Villa San Maurice American Pinot Grigio.
Chef Jack Neiger will be demonstrating how to prepare Pecan Bronzed mahi-mahi. Available at the free demonstration will be an eight-page complete dinner menu recipe booklet, with a fresh mahi-mahi fillet discount coupon, featuring recipes for the meal’s entrée, side dishes, salad and dessert.
Villa San Maurice American Pinot Grigio has been matched with this recipe, and will be sampled and featured at a special price at the cooking demonstration.
Admission is free.
