North Moore Committee Sponsors Event
The Northern Moore County Relay for Life Planning Committee is sponsoring the second Annual Purple Passion 5k Walk/Run on Saturday, March 5, beginning and ending at Robbins First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
Early registration may be done by mailing checks made to the American Cancer Society to Ruby Enloe, 123 Russell Road, Eagle Springs, NC 27242. “Make sure to include shirt size needed,” said a spokesman.
Registration the day of the event will begin at 10 a.m. at the church.
The walk/run will begin at 11a.m.
“Lunch will be available to purchase,” said a spokesman. Prizes will be awarded in both categories.
