The Moore County Board of Education will hold a work session Friday, starting at 8:30 a.m.

The meeting will be in the central administrative offices on U.S. 15-501 and is open to the public.

By presstime Tuesday, The Pilot had not received a copy of the agenda.

On Saturday, the third annual Community Priorities Workshop will be held starting at 8:30 at West Pine Middle School on N.C. 211. It will last until noon.

Parents, teachers, administrators and business and community leaders help determine priorities for the school system for the coming year. The school board must adopt the priorities.
