Pre-Retirement Conferences Set
The Retirement Systems Division of the Department of State Treasurer is conducting its annual spring pre-retirement conferences for members of the Teachers’ and State Employees’ Retirement System and the Local Governmental Employees’ Retirement System. One set of conferences will be held in Owens Auditorium at Sandhills Community College Feb. 22. The conference for teachers and state employees will begin at 9:30 a.m. The conference for local governmental employees will begin at 1:30 p.m. Each conference will last about 2½ hours. The conferences are designed for employees who plan to retire this year, as well as personnel officers and other persons who handle retirement matters. |
