Disclose SAT Details

I’m afraid I must disagree completely with Mr. Magnarella.

You say Mr. Russo is entitled to support from those who work for him. I have never seen that expressed in any management book that I have read. A manager must earn the respect and support of those who work for him. I do not believe Mr. Russo has the support you think he deserves. There is fear in the trenches.

There is no way a bridge-building process can begin as long as Mr. Russo and the school board continue to keep under seal the complete details of our recent investigation; (Which by the way, cost in excess of $35,000). Until the board comes clean and gives us the full details of how the board came to its “prudent” (per The Pilot) decision to retain Mr. Russo, there is no way any reasonable person can support Mr. Russo without knowing the facts!

The General Statutes of the state of North Carolina state very specifically that the board must release the full and complete report of this investigation to the public. Why hasn’t this been done? How do you know the board made decisions based on fact? You must be privy to more information that the general public.

I am a fair-minded person, and I am sure you are, but how in the heck can you support anyone without knowing the facts? I can’t believe you said the following: Why should the citizens of Moore County be concerned about the Board decision?
