Early Bird Sectional Bridge Tournament

The Sandhills Duplicate Bridge Players Association announces that the Moore County Department of Aging and First Bank will be sponsering our sectional tournament to be held at the Moore County Agriculture Center in Carthage from Aug. 23-25.

The Department of Aging is providing the playing site and First Bank will provide prizes for the winners.

“This level of generous sponsership will allow us to both reduce entry fees and provide for an increase in free plays,” says a spokesman.

In an effort to encourage young people to participate, anyone under 21 years of age plays for free all weekend.
